Add a Division
Log in as League Administrator using the password provided at sign up. Start by building your league structure. Create Divisions. Assign a Division administrator to manage Division duties. (League Admin's can also manage Divisions.)
Add Players
Manage each teams roster by adding active players. Coaches can later have the option to add names and identify who will be pitching to show on the pitchcount entry screen. Roster entry organizes team emails for the manager and assists in Division or League administrators in sending out league wide broadcast messages to all.
Add a Team
Add and edit teams, assign managers and contact information for mass emailings to coaches.
Enter Pitches
Coaches enter pitches by inning ad see totals to the right. You can also report scores to the Administrator or automatically update schedule/results and League standings. (Optional)
Add a Schedule
Add, edit change and your schedule. Some quick pulldown menus make entry simple and reduces input and typing errors.
Email Pitches
Log in as League Administrator using the passowrd provided at sign up. First build your league structure by adding Divisions. Assign a Division administrator who will manage thier own Division. (League Admin's can manage all Divisions.
Resolve Pitchcounts
Using the schedule, select a game to check the pitchcounts. As administrator you and resove the games so no further edits can be made to the totals. You can change numbers so the counts match. You can decide how to resolve the games.
Weekly Report
View a weekly calendar to see who on your team and on the opponents need to rest. Uses the latest national standars to calculate regular season and tournament rest requirements.
Resolve a Game
Edit individual players "final results" as needed. See input from both teams. Enter corrected counts and resolve the game. Coaches will not be able to change numbers once the game is resolved.
Other Reports
There are several reports on your team and league to see how your totals look. Check out the average pitches per inning.
